      Looking at the condo market in Aldergrove, the average selling price for a condo so far in 2014 has been $214,238.  The time it takes to sell a condo in Aldergrove has been 67 days so far in 2014.  The condominium complexes that have had units sell in them in Aldergrove over the last 12 months include:  Cedar West, Primrose Gardens and Springfield Place
