On average it is taking 62 days to sell a home in MacTaggart, that is slower than the Edmonton average days on market in 2014 of 38 days.  Since 2005, real estate in MacTaggart has seen the a property value increase by 97%.

In 2014, the average selling price for a duplex style of home in MacTaggart is sitting at $783,333.  On average, it is taking 46 days to sell a duplex in MacTaggart this year.
