Click Lauderdale homes for sale for current MLS® listings of houses, duplexes, townhomes and condos for sale in this northwest Edmonton neighbourhood.  In 2014, the average sale price for a home in Lauderdale ended the year at $298,425.  That is up from the Lauderdale 2013 average selling price of $266,611.  That is a healthy increase of 12%. For comparison, in the city of Edmonton, the prices increased year over year by 5.8%.  These average selling price values above are based on a single family detached home sale; the other property classes such as duplexes or condominiums are not included in these average selling price values.  Looking at the stats in the upper end price market segment of Lauderdale Edmonton, the highest price that a home sold for in 2014 was $402,500.  This home sale was a bilevel that was over 1200 square feet and had a fully finished basemen, also the home was newer than most homes in the Lauderdale neighbourhood as it was built in 2003. Looking at other end of the market, in the entry level price range for Lauderdale, the most affordable priced home sale in the neighbourhood sold for $204,900.  That sale was a basementless bungalow, there are actually a high proportion of homes without basements in the Lauderdale neighbourhood.   On average it took 41 days to sell a home in Lauderdale last year. This is the exact same as the Edmonton average days on market of 41 days in 2014. Looking back to 2005, Lauderdale real estate property values have appreciated by 87%. 
 
Moving over to the duplex / rowhouse market in Lauderdale, the average selling price for a duplex finished off 2014 at $290,571.  On average it took 52 days to sell a duplex in Lauderdale last year. 

Lastly, in the Lauderdale condo market, the average selling price in 2014 was $180,000.  On average, it took 64 days to sell a condo in Lauderdale last year.  The condo complex that have had units sell in them last year in Lauderdale was Villa St. Joseph
