Click High Park homes for sale for active MLS® listings of houses, duplexes, townhomes and condominiums for sale in this west central Edmonton neighbourhood.  As we finish off the calendar year of 2014, the average sale price for a single family detached house in High Park for 2014 has now reached $298,930. This is very close to the 2007 boom level average price of $302,290.  In 2013 in High Park, the average selling price was $275,808.  That translates into an annual increase in the neighbourhood of 8.4%.  That increase in property values in High Park outperformed the overall Edmonton average selling price increase for 2013 to 2014 of 5.8%.  These average sold price amounts above are based on a single family detached home sale; the other property classes such as duplexes or condominiums are not included in these average selling price statistics.    In the upper end price market segment of High Park Edmonton, the most that a home sold for so far in 2014 has been $415,000.  That home sale was the only home that sold over $400,000 in the neighbourhood this year.  The home itself was a completely renovated bungalow that was roughly 1050 square feet with a double detached garage.   At the other end of the market, in the entry level price range for High Park, the most affordable priced home sale in the neighbourhood sold for $206,000.  That home basically sold for lot value and also was on 149th street a busier location.   On average it has been taking 33 days to sell a home in High Park, Edmonton this year. This is one week faster than the Edmonton average days on market of 40 days in 2014.  Going back to 2005, High Park real estate property values have increased by a healthy amount of 104%.

In the High Park duplex / rowhouse market, the average sold price for a duplex in 2014 is currently $420,333.  The average time to sell a duplex in High Park Edmonton this year has been 72 days.  The duplex sales in High Park this year were all infill homes that were built in 2013.
